The libertarians welcome any deregulations in the currency area, since we are proponents of the free movements of capital. However, we consider the liberalization of February 7 as insufficient; it has little to do with solving the issue of including Ukraine into the global financial and investment system. Our platform encompasses the abolishment of all artificial barriers and relaxing any limitations on the free movement of cash, investments, conducting transactions and opening accounts in any currencies. If money were earned in a legal way, the government shall have no right to restrain their movement or usage.
